Personal Training
Personal training is a service that provides tailored exercise programs and guidance to help individuals improve their physical health and achieve specific fitness objectives. Personal trainers at Precision evaluate the client’s current fitness level, discuss their desired goals, and create a personalized plan to help them achieve those objectives. Our trainers specialize in areas such as strength training, weight loss, or sport-specific training.
Our Products
We offer a wide range of cardio and strength exercise equipment at our gym. Our Cardio area consists of treadmills, ellipticals, and a step mill along with our Functional Training turf area with TRX, plyo boxes, bands, air bike, and medicine balls. Free weights and plate loaded consist of dumbbells, benches, squat racks, and a functional trainer. All of our products are carefully selected to ensure they meet our high standards for quality, performance, and member needs.
